  1. My wife and I stopped in your Springfield, Oregon store on Jan 20th. I had asked a sales assoctiate if there was any Camoflouged Gortex Raingear out on the sale floor and she had said no there wouldn’t be any out for another week. Hmmm! Winter time and none of that was out! Also was looking at reloading powder and reloading dies, but you have a very poor selection in this department. As for my wife she wasn’t impressed with the women’s department at all. With gas prices it’s not like we can just hop in the rig and blast to just look hoping and praying you have something that we could use. Thank you for your time in reading this

  3. I was in Ft.Worth for business iwent to the Cabelas store near Alliance to shop for a new release for my bow…a young man named Matt helped me, very nice and educated on the archery dept. He spent ample time showing and explaining all the options avail, he let me try 5 diff. Releases! This young man was very dedicated to the sale, he also helped others at the same time and always returning to me, I purchased a nice $110.00 release. Matt and I also discussed arrow options, again impressive knowledge on the subject.
    I’ve worked in sales for over 25 years and I believe this young man Matt has great potential!

  5. I had a great experience at Cabela’s in Buda, Texas. I went to buy a fishing rod and reel and wasn’t sure where to start since I had been using my ex-boyfriend’s for 2 years. Jimmy not only helped me pick the perfect baitcast, he spooled my line and gave me the confidence to go fishing by myself. I caught 2 sand bass and 2 channel cats the next week ( without the boyfriend’s boat).

  6. Was looking for a trail cam at the Saskatoon location. Dustin gave some good info on the different units in the store that were in my price range. Gave some solid advice regarding the types of batteries to use. Bought the spy point wireless. Thanks Dustin.

Superb interaction with the customer,even tips on how to save a few dollars by opening up a Cabelas account,which I did,I was pleasantly treated and apologized for computer delay with back ground check and given all info as needed,my trade in with 3 handguns was as smooth as it gets,and I am a retired C.P.D. Who has made a few purchases and have been to numerous gun stores, this was by far the best experience! even the guy who carried my guns to the back of the store was helpful along with the retired officer working the front of the store made suggestions as I asked their opinion about certain smaller handguns to carry as a retired officer! The gentleman who appraised the value of my handguns was a retired fireman,and we chatted and became aquainted,everyone was on the ball and friendly!

  14. On 05/18/213, I purchased a Blackstone Griddle, griddle cover, grill box and rolling water container from the Allen, TX Cabella store. I was very pleased with the service received from salesmen Kameron Ford and Sean. They went out of their way to assist me by answering all my questions and even brought out a cook top from the back to assist me in making a purchase decision. They were very polite and professional. I rate them both as 100% on customer service.
